Clinical PhD Fellowship
CLINICAL PHD FELLOWSHIP FULLY FUNDED BY CANCER RESEARCH UK (CR-UK) FOR THE PERIOD OF 3 YEARS IN LIVERPOOL, UK

This job advertisement is for a Clinical PhD Fellowship fully funded by Cancer Research UK (CR-UK) for the period of 3 years in Liverpool, UK. The deadline is February 15th 2010.

Three projects were short-listed for this Fellowship, including one to be supervised by myself and Prof. Bertil Damato, entitled “Proteomic discovery of serum markers in metastatic uveal melanoma” (see highlighted in yellow).

The idea is that candidates should apply if they are interested in any of the three listed projects. The best candidate will be chosen by a multidisciplinary panel and, in turn, this candidate chooses which of the preferred topics he/she would like to conduct his/her PhD. The competition will be stiff!!

If you know of anyone who would be interested in applying for this position, and particularly for the above-mentioned PhD topic under our supervision, could you please let them know?

Although I would be willing to take any initial enquiries, the applicants have to use the official University pathways.

Kindest regards,
